Your intro paragraph reads more like a thesis than a summary. I recommend starting with a description of renewable energy in place in Africa, then moving to discuss future plans for implementation. Nathanthesaint 22:56, 6 June 2007 (UTC)
I fixed some grammar and spelling issues down through "alternative energy options," but I suspect that the remainder of the article could use another look.
