Renato Fasano

Renato Fasano (August 21, 1902 – August 3, 1979) was an Italian conductor who founded Virtuosi di Roma in the late 1940s. This small orchestra helped popularize Italian Baroque music, recording works by such composers as Arcangelo Corelli, Baldassarre Galuppi, Alessandro Marcello, Giovanni Paisiello, Giovanni Battista Pergolesi, and Antonio Vivaldi.
