Renaissance Capital is a major investment bank concentrating on Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS). The company was founded in 1995 by a group of founding partners including Gregory Bedrosian, Leonid Rozhetskin, and Boris Jordan. Renaissance Capital is wholly owned by management and employees. Major lines of business are: sales and trading, investment banking and asset management.

Renaissance Capital is part of the Renaissance Group, an independent group of finance and investment companies specializing in emerging markets. Renaissance Group consists of investment banking, asset management, merchant banking and consumer finance.

Renaissance Capital is headquartered in Moscow and has worldwide offices in New York, London, Lagos and Nairobi as well as in the Ukraine, Kazhakstan and Cyprus
