There is no doubt as to the notability of this song. While there is no official rule on what constitutes a notable song, two that have been proposed are "...has been performed independently by several notable artists, bands or groups" (see Wikipedia:Notability (music)) and "...Is a musical standard (e.g. a pop or jazz standard)" (see Wikipedia:Articles for creation/Wizard-Musical notability).
