Remington Ranch, Texas

Remington Ranch is a master planned community located in unincorporated Harris County, Texas. It is located directly off Interstate 45 north of Rankin Road.

Development of the Remington Ranch began in 2004 and development in the newer sections is, as of 2007, ongoing. The neighborhood contains three parks with playgrounds, a competition size swimming pool, a baby pool, walking trails, and picnic areas for residents to enjoy. There are three home builders: KB Homes, K. Hovanian, and Trophy Homes (TOUSA Builders).

Remington Ranch is zoned to the Spring Independent School District.

Residents of the Remington Ranch are zoned to the following schools:

  • Milton Cooper Elementary School (K-5)
  • Bammel Middle School (6-8)
  • Dekaney High School* (9-10)
  • Westfield High School (11-12)
  • As of the 2007-2008 school year, Dekaney will serve (for its first year) residents of the Remington Ranch in grades ninth and tenth. All upper classmen (11th and 12th) will attend Westfield High School until the 2008-2009 school year there after.
