- Don't worry, I didn't mark it for deletion; I only have notability concerns which other editors will address. Danny Lilithborne 04:21, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] License tagging for Image:Dctd.JPG
Thanks for uploading Image:Dctd.JPG. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 04:06, 22 December 2006 (UTC)
[edit] I do hope...
...that i have satisfied the photo guidelines on "Robert Grossman". I believe I have.
[edit] Vandals
Thanks for cleaning up. Wikipedia doesn't usually ban editors for a single offense. Start the guy off with a warning. You can look over Wikipedia:Vandalism and Wikipedia:Blocking policy for more information. There's a list of templates you can use to warn vandals at the first link. [edit] Orphaned fair use image (Image:Don't Crush That Dwarf...jpg)
Thanks for uploading Image:Don't Crush That Dwarf...jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. [edit] Duplicate images uploaded
Thanks for uploading Image:BIG EASY.jpg. A machine-controlled robot account noticed that you uploaded the same image twice: as Image:BIG EASY.jpg and also as Image:Big east.jpg. The latter copy of the file has been marked for speedy deletion since it is redundant. If this sounds okay to you, there is no need for you to take any action.
This is an automated message- you have not upset or annoyed anyone. In the future, you may save yourself some confusion if you supply a meaningful file name and remember exactly which name you chose (file names are case sensitive, including the extension) so that you won't lose track of your uploads. For tips on good file naming, see Wikipedia's image use policy. If you have any questions about this notice, or feel that the deletion is inappropriate, please contact User:Staecker, who operates the robot account. Staeckerbot 14:31, 14 April 2007 (UTC)

[edit] "Specific concerns may be found on the talk page."
So goes the maintenance tag at "Robert Grossman". To whom it may concern: Please indicate specific problem(s), and I will endeavor to fix them. I believe affixing such a tag to an article obliges a passing specific or two; otherwise, it is not all that helpful.

- I've left my comment on the articles talk page; hopefully it will be of some use to you. I also made a few changes to the article itself - nothing major, just reducing the pictures to thumbnail size and one or two layout issues. Regards. PC78 16:49, 18 June 2007 (UTC)
[edit] Fair use disputed for Image:Airplane art 1.jpg
Thanks for uploading Image:Airplane art 1.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our Criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:37, 6 September 2007 (UTC)
