That's a really well writen article. Well done!

I came to look up relaxin because my OB says it's the reason I'm having lots of back pain (I'm at 24 weeks). So I was kinda surprised to see that the article says that it reaches its peak in the first trimester! -Rachel LSS 66.30.3.0 19:53, 4 September 2007 (UTC)


[edit] Hip dysplasia (human)

In some of my sources (e.g. http://aappolicy.aappublications.org/cgi/content/full/pediatrics;105/4/896 and http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/9128773) indicate that relaxin is involved in liagmentous laxity. I wanted to link here from Hip dysplasia (human) but found no mention of this here.
