"When Takumi became linked with Hachi, Layla ran out of the recording room throwing a fit ." This is inaccurate. She actually left very quietly. It took several minutes for anyone to notice she was missing.

The description of Reira's and Shin's initial meeting isn't entirely accurate. She met Shin at the after-party of one of their concerts, and he gave her his card.
