Reishin Kawai

Reishin Kawai (born February 28, 1931) is an Aikikai shihan who brought aikido to São Paulo in 1963. He is one of the official representatives of Aikikai hombu dojo in Brazil. His organization Federacao Sulamericana da Arte Aikido (South American Federation of the Art of Aikido) now has nearly 100 dojos in Brazil plus several affiliated dojos in Argentina, Perú, Chile and Uruguay.
