Leone is of Hispanic and Filipino descent and raised Catholic.
She lost her virginity while a junior in high school and her first Girl/girl experience was when she was 20.
Leone was member of the San Francisco Sheriff's Department working as an institutional police officer at San Francisco General Hospital.
She is engaged to former San Francisco Police Department officer Darryl Watts.
[edit] San Francisco "Porno-Cops" scandal
On May 21, 2004 Kelly Francisco and Darryl Watts (both active SF Police Officers) were discovered to be the protagonists of "Bus Stop Whores" a 45 minutes hardcore video (whose teaser is These girls won't ride a bus today!) filmed in Los Angeles, California, it is a series known as "Bus Stop Whores" available on a pay to view porn website[2] showing various sex scenes, each with a different storyline. In the one with the two SF Cops: the female Kelly Francisco plays a hooker called "Myra", in one scene she solicits a sex act for US$500, and the male Darryl Watts plays a john on the prowl.[3][4]
Kelly Francisco explains how the SF Porno Cops scandal was made public: "One of my husband's co-workers found something of us on the web. He took it to the station and showed everybody. It leaked to my department. Then someone leaked it to the news. The news in San Francisco blared our real names and it was a big scandal for about three weeks".
The couple first met when both were SF Police Officers. As consequence of the scandal, they decided to quit the Police Department and go into porn. They got married on July 2004.[5]

Before Kelly Francisco quit the SF Sheriff's Department, she had made several adult videos, attended adult film conventions and had her own adult Web site under the stage name of Reina Leone.[6]
Darry Watts performs under the stage name of "Joe Friday" (the fictional character on Dragnet Series) and has starred with Leone in some of her films.
Reina Leone and Joe Friday have been with Los Angeles adult industry since early-2003.
According to Don Fernando, an AVN and XRCO Hall of Famer, he first discovered the couple Reina Leone and Joe Friday at AVN Adult Entertainment Expo in Las Vegas in January 2003. Fernando, an actor-director, whose passion for women of Asian extraction is legend within the adult industry, pegged Leone as “Filipina", but "mestiza", which means of mixed blood. Leone said to him that she was a big fan of Belladonna and begged him for an introduction. Director Don Fernando shot the first scene of the couple in Northern California, and a second scene in Los Angeles in 2003. It appeared in Volume 19 of the "Asian Dolls Uncut" series produced by "X-Cess Productions".[7]
According to Leone, the porn star Belladona was her real discoverer, because Belladonna put her in Bella's Perversions 3,[8] new-comer Reina Leone's first sex shot was a girl/girl scene with Belladonna on March 2003.[9][10]
She was also on the "Family Business" series by "Showtime Entertainment".[11]
The first shot of the couple for the "Bus Stop Whores" series was done on June 2, 2003.[12]
Her first on-camera boy/girl scene was with Kurt Lockwood in 2003.
Leone also performed her first on-camera "anal scene" with Kurt Lockwood, in late December 2003. Tom Byron filmed it for the all-anal "Meat Pushin' in the Seat Cushion 2",[13] released in early May 2004 by Evolution Erotica.[14]
Leone's first DP scene was shot in 2004 with Joe Friday and Van Damage, it appeared on Volume 9 of the "Double Parked" series produced by DVSX.[15]
Leone considers her boobs as her best asset [citation needed]. She got breasts implants in 2002, moving from a small C-cup to DD-cup.
