This is a scan of a single "Master Spy" art panel. The original sketch was first published in the London Evening Standard newspaper on May, 1931. The image was included as part of a Master Spy serial glorifying the exploits of Sidney Reilly, a famous intelligence operative. The image is being in a Wikipedia article used to illustrate the popularity of Reilly in that era.
