[edit] Baronet of Terschelling and Oxford

How does one go about getting a baronetcy of a piece of foreign soil? Is that common? I understand that he sailed by the island in 1916 on his way to the battle of Jutland. Will that do? Could the Dutch royalty make a Dutch person baronet (if that exists) of, say, Manx? Just wondering. Afasmit 06:50, 14 October 2007 (UTC)
