Regional Co-operation Council

The Regional Co-operation Council, or RCC, will be a regional cooperative network for countries in Southeastern Europe, planned for creation in 2008. It will likely succeed both the Stability Pact for South Eastern Europe and the Southeast European Cooperation Process
