Reginald Taylor

Reginald Taylor (born October 13, 1976 in Washington, DC) is a professional boxer and rising contender in the super middleweight division.

After several years of fighting as an amateur, Taylor turned pro in 2004. His first professional bout took place in his hometown, Washington DC, where he won by TKO in the third round against Roy Kilgore.

Since his professional debut, Taylor has remained victorious in every fight. During 2005 and the beginning of 2007, Taylor fought in the southern states of Tennessee and Mississippi under Prize Fight Boxing Promoters.

His most recent bouts have taken place in Washington, DC. On May 25, 2007 at the DC Armory, Taylor won a second round TKO against John Owens.

On June 23, 2007, Taylor fought the most challenging fight of his career against veteran boxer Jameel Wilson of Philadelphia. In what has been called one of the best bouts of 2007 (in the DC area), Taylor fought a solid and strong six-round fight that secured him a victory by unanimous decision.

Currently, Taylor is undefeated at 8-0 with 4 knockouts.
