Reginald Ballard is an African American character actor and comedian from Galveston, Texas, who is probably best known as "Bruhman from the fifth flo'" in the sitcom, Martin. He has appeared in many different television shows, such as Veronica Mars, The Bernie Mac Show, and the short-lived show, Crumbs.
