Regina Zernay is an American musician. She currently plays Bass guitar in the cowpunk band Cowboy Mouth. Prior to joining Cowboy Mouth, she was the singer/ guitarist for Los Angeles punk rock band, Méchant, which released two critically acclaimed independent albums.

Regina was born in Queens, New York, but moved to Los Angeles and graduated from Nogales High School and Azusa Pacific University. On May 12, 2007, Cowboy Mouth announced that Zernay would permanently be replacing Sonia Tetlow on bass. She worked for a while as a marketing coordinator for Country Music Television in Santa Monica, California.
Since then, she's lived in Los Angeles and received positive critical acclaim.
