Regimentarz (from Latin: regimentum) was a military commander since the 16th century in Poland, of an army group or substitute of Hetman, nominated by the King or the Sejm.
In the 17th century also the commander of Pospolite ruszenie, in the case when a castellan or voivode could not command personally.
Regimentarz generalny was the commander of the Confederations.
