Reggio is the name of two Italian towns:
- Reggio Calabria, in the South, also called Reggio di Calabria or, in ancient times, Pallantion, Rhegion, Febea, Regium, Rhegium Julium, Risa, Rivah
- Reggio Emilia, in the North, also called Reggio nell' Emilia or, in ancient times, Regium Lepidi, Reggio di Lombardia or Reggio di Modena
Reggio is also a surname:
- Arturo Reggio, Italian chess player
- Godfrey Reggio (born March 29, 1940), an American director of experimental documentary films
