Reginald C. Collier (born May 14, 1961 in Biloxi, Mississippi) is a former professional American football player in the NFL who was selected by the Dallas Cowboys in the sixth round of the 1983 NFL Draft. A quarterback from The University of Southern Mississippi, Collier began his career in the USFL and played for the Birmingham Stallions, Washington Federals, and Orlando Renegades.
Extremely ahead of his time, while playing for The University of Southern Mississippi, Collier became the first quarterback to throw for 1,000 yards, and rush for 1,000 yards in the same season.
