Welcome to Wikipedia! You are adding some great content to the DNA-binding domain and EcoRII articles. Keep up the good work! I hope you don't mind my follow-up edits to "wikify" the text, but it looks like you are catching on very quickly. If you haven't already seen this, please check out User:Diberri's Wikipedia template filling tool. Given a PubMedID, one can quickly produced a full citation that can be copy and pasted into a Wikipedia article. Your citations are already well formatted with the minor exception that the PubMedID field has been left out. You have included it in the citation name, but unless it is also included as a separate PMID field (i.e., "| pmid = 11118137"), it will not be displayed in the rendered citation. - One additional hint. It is great idea to use your user page as a sandbox, but you might consider adding one or more subdirectories to your top level directory and use these subdirectories as sandboxes (see Wikipedia:User page for more information). This will allow you to add information about yourself to your top level page (this completely optional by the way) and allow to you to experiment with more than one article at once. Cheers. [edit] Discussion on B3 domains
Hi, after spying :) on Wikiexperts discussing B3 domain some questions make busy my both neurons:
Fact: "It (Auxin) also induces sugar and mineral accumulation at the site of application." (Arabidopsis_thaliana B3 mutants which store more oil and carbohydrates in their seeds could be Pubmed cited as well on demand)
- Q1: According to the current "food crisis" should be B3 topic put on the highest priority in the wikiplant project?
- Q2: Is there any alternative way to draw attention of Wikiexperts from plants field to B3 topic, rather than priority mark?
Any notes and/or wikilessons are highly welcomed.

- Hi! The topic is interesting to me, but not one of personal high importance. I'll be happy to answer your questions, though. 1) B3 is just one of many ways researchers have direction to go in to boost nutrient availability in seed foods. So no, I don't think it should be of the highest importance. It will likely be supplanted later by additional genetic revolutions and it seems like it would be a long way from getting B3 upregulated plants in markets. 2) WP:PLANTS might not be the best project for this. Certainly the molecular project is great, as we have very few plant geneticists (if any) at WP:PLANTS (mostly, we're taxonomists and horticulturalists). You could certainly post a notice at WT:PLANTS to see if anyone might be interested in developing the article with you. WP:FARM might be good for potential agricultural uses of this. Hope that helps!
