Children of the Dust
Hello there - I've just had a go at the cleanup of Children of the Dust (flagged about a year ago). If you've come over to talk about it - here's a good space. --RedHillian 22:51, 5 January 2007 (UTC)
Maelstrom (live role playing game)
OK, this is a good place to talk about Maelstrom, if that's what you've come here for. Don't forget to sign your comments with four tildes (~) so I know who's here! --RedHillian 00:59, 16 February 2007 (UTC)
Stop
Stop adding my sig to the vandal's talk page. It is not required. Jooler 08:16, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
- WP:SIGNATURE disagrees. --RedHillian 17:20, 17 October 2007 (UTC)
- "This page is considered a content guideline" The text I have added it not intended to be a personal comment, but a statement of fact, much like adding a template to a Wikipedia talk page.Jooler 15:28, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Why not put it on the user page then? from WP:SIG Any post made to user talk pages, article talk pages, or other discussion pages should be signed.. It's a user talk page therefore signature. --RedHillian 17:18, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Again its a guideline not a rule. The is no call for you to add the sig. That is an unnecessary intervention on your part. There are good reasons for the call for sigs on talk pages when there is a discussion going on. My addition to the page was not intended to be part of a discussion. WP:NOT#BUREAUCRACY. WP:IGNORE. Note these are both policy pages not guidelines. I don't know why you have decided to continually antagonise me over this. I put the statement on the page because the fact that a hoax addition to the Ronnie Hazlehurst page made it into the obits of a number of national newspapers hit the headlines and I thought it would be useful to note who originated the hoax. Your insistence in adding my sig to this despite my repeated requests that you desist, suggests that you cannot adhere to WP:DICK. Good day. Jooler 19:18, 18 October 2007 (UTC)
- Oh noes, I'm a dick. I'll add the statement with my signature then. --RedHillian 01:52, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

- So now to the casual observer unfamiliar with IP users. It looks like you perpetrated the hoax. Jooler 01:58, 19 October 2007 (UTC)
- Maybe I did, while I wasn't logged in. Perhaps I sit in the pub and laugh like a drain with my mates at how I hoodwinked the major media outlets of UK culture, and getting them to buy me alchohol in tribute. Perhaps I did it for the lulz. Or maybe not, y'know. I thought it was quite funny actually, but I bet whoever did it wasn't expecting anything to come of it. Actually, an IP lookup showed me that it was someone using Sky Broadband, which I can't afford. Hey, if someone thinks I did - more fool them. Unless, of course they're going to buy me a beer for it. My recorded best is a name check on the Chris Evans drivetime show. That was quite cool, and earnt me a beer. Anyway, I'm rambling. Perhaps you did it? If you can prove it, I'll buy you a beer (or drink of your choice). Preston, D&P on Friargate for pubquiz on Thursday, find the team in the very back, I've got a beard but not so much hair. --RedHillian 02:14, 19 October 2007 (UTC)

It can't be speedied for that. You can tag the image with {{di-no fair use rationale}} and notify the uploader. That gives the uploader a week to fix the problem. Thanks for keeping an eye on images here! -- But|seriously|folks 23:50, 27 October 2007 (UTC)
