REDvolution is a term that was created to explain the movement to REUSE plastic bottles instead of recycling them. The "RED" is to denote the unique RED color of the receptacle. REDvolution (revolution) is to indicate the nature of the concept; specifically that it will cause revolutionary changes in the environment by allowing individuals to determine the size of their carbon footprint.
