Dear WikiProject Boston Red Sox members:

I don't think this is spam, so I am going to say it. I just wanted to alert all of the members of this WikiProject (currently only five, besides myself) that I just got the Red Sox Wiki up and running, if you would like to check it out. It's in its infancy, so there's not much there yet, however.

Thanks! --jj137 (Talk) 01:56, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Thank You

Thank you soooo much! I can't wait to see the top bar and logo. Not to be picky but shake in some colour if you can! Ciao! --Rallyinspired 23:11, 15 October 2007 (UTC)

Template:concept automobile

There is no need to attach this template indiscriminately, as you did to ten Mitsubishi-related articles. (And no others, apparently. Why such a manufacturer-specific approach?) The template is a warning device to readers, to alert them to this fact when the article may be written in such a way that it is not clear. Where an article begins "The <car name> is a concept car...", and is categorised in Category:Concept automobiles, and has many references, it is clear that the reader is being informed, not misled, and therefore to include the template is redundant. WestSide Church

Can you please tell me why my article was considered for deletion? (In lay-man terms) Also, would you be able to help me sought out how the article can be removed from being deleted? If it is because the Church is not notable as far as you are concerned, would you mind helping me out sought out how I can show that it is notable? Thanks Spillon 01:59, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

RfA

I have closed your RfA using WP:SNOW guidelines, please feel free to apply again in 3 or more months time. Thanks and see you around! Phgao 05:45, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Yeah. I just saw that. I hope you don't get discouraged, but that you take the advice of the opposers, and apply sometime in the future. If you need anything, feel free to ask. Thanks! i said 05:51, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Don't take it personally, man. RfA is a harsh place, and many people don't make it through. Again, you may want to take the advice of the opposers and come back later. NASCAR Fan24(radio me!) 10:41, 23 October 2007 (UTC)

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Daytonlogo.gif

Thanks for uploading Image:Daytonlogo.gif. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 21:34, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

The RickK Anti-Vandalism Barnstar
I'm awarding you this RickK Anti-Vandalism Barnstar for your great contributions to protecting and reverting attacks of vandalism on Wikipedia. Wikidudeman (talk) 20:26, 5 November 2007 (UTC)

My barnstar

Thank you very much! How kind of you to notice. It struck me the other day that I had been awarded 4 barnstars, 2 by legitimate editors and 2 by vandals (!), so now at least the legitimate barnstars are back in front... Warmest regards, BencherliteTalk 22:11, 6 November 2007 (UTC)

Manual of Style

Please read Wikipedia’s Manual of Style. Only proper nouns and the first word in article names are capitalized. You have been moving a lot of pages lately, and they have to be moved back. – Zntrip 00:05, 8 November 2007 (UTC)

Vandals

Hello, Stormtracker94. I see you have been reverting a lot of vandalism recently, perhaps you could warn vandals with the following templates:

{{subst:uw-v1}} {{subst:uw-v2}} {{subst:uw-v3}} {{subst:uw-v4}} {{subst:uw-v4im}} {{subst:bv}}

Please try them out in the sandbox. Thanks. Happy editing! Cheers,JetLover (Report a mistake) 23:43, 9 November 2007 (UTC)
