I'm not an expert on anything.

I'm not a reliable source of information.

I didn't even graduate from high school, for cryin' out loud.

But everyone I know says (or would agree) that:

  • I'm well-educated;
  • I'm smart;
  • I'm clever;
  • I'm arrogant;
  • I'm pompous; and
  • I fit every category of being an expert otherwise.

I know this is slightly inflammatory to the real experts out there, but the main thing to think about is whether or not you really want to believe the experts. I know a few. And they have admitted to me that they've made it up as they've gone along, but because they're experts, everyone cites them as accurate... until disproven. This means that you should never take the word of an expert over something provable, but in the case where something is not provable, an expert in hand is about as good as a Royal Flush in poker.

Seriously, please feel free to direct any questions to me.
