Redbridge railway station is a small halt station in the Redbridge area of Southampton. The station is near to the end of the M271 where it meets the A33 Redbridge road.
The station is operated by South West Trains and served by the hourly Salisbury to Romsey stopping service.
In the late 19th and early 20th centuries, Redbridge station was a key location in the movement of gunpowder manufactured in the New Forest.[1]
