Red Oxx Manufacturing, Inc. is an U.S. company which produces outdoor, aviation and travel equipment.[1][2] The company was originally founded by Jim Markel Sr., a retired Green Beret Captain, but was joined by his son Jim Markel Jr. and Perry Jones, also retired members of the military.[3] In the U.S., the products have won a 'National Award for Luggage'. [4] Also, the Red Oxx Safar Beano bag was Outside Magazine's 2004 Bag of the Year.[5]
