The Red Curse is a sinister enchantment on the lands of the Savage Coast in the Mystara campaign setting of the role-playing game Dungeons & Dragons. The basic effects of the curse include mutilation of the body and extreme degeneration of physical and mental health. The only way to prevent this damage from occurring is to wear the metal called cinnabryl.
