The Red-collared Mountain-babbler (Kupeornis rufocinctus) is a species of bird in the Timaliidae family. It is found in Burundi, Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Rwanda. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montanes. It is threatened by habitat loss.
