The Red-billed Tyrannulet (Zimmerius cinereicapilla) is a species of bird in the Tyrannidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montanes.
