The Red-tailed Knobby Newt (Tylototriton kweichowensis) is a species of salamander in the Salamandridae family. It is found only in China. Its natural habitats are temperate shrubland, temperate grassland, freshwater marshes, intermittent freshwater marches, and ponds. It is threatened by habitat loss.
