[edit] Fair use rationale was already ratified by multiple reviews

For background on the tagging editor Sarvagnya's actions, please see the discussion at Wikipedia_talk:Non-free_content#Fair_use_images_of_celebs_in_Biography_article.3F, where many users noted the long-term and proper use of fair use images of fictional roles in FA actor articles. Today, Sarvagnya went on to remove all three fair use images from the FA article Cillian Murphy (I reverted pending reviews); the other two are "Cillian Murphy - Brkft on Pluto.jpg" and "Cmurphy-discopigs.jpg".

The preparation for these three images' rationales were done by working with Wikipedia:Media copyright questions and a member of WikiProject Fair use. All three rationales were found to be sound by the end of the very recent FAC process on November 4, 2007, and the article previously had previously gone through GA review and peer review successfully. Each of the images expands upon specific points in the text in a way that prose cannot do, in order to document the work of an artist who performs as fictional characters in the visual medium of film; these photos are NOT being used simply to depict Murphy the person.

In short, I believe that Sarvagnya's tagging these three images for fair use review was inappropriate, given how recently they were reviewed by many editors in FAC and elsewhere, and that their rationales and use are sound.
