Michelle Andrea Eyre was born in Towson, Maryland on August 15, 1968 under the name Richard Hewitt Eagles. While working professionally under the Michelle name since 1998, she legally changed her name in September, 2006. Michelle has been diagnosed with gender identity disorder and has undergone transition and has been full time in the female role since September, 2006. Michelle is still a pre-operative transsexual and has been on a hormone replacement therapy since January, 2006.

Well, surprise! Culture shock!!! I had fun in this office and I eventually was off phones as a specialist.

USWEST Communications later Qwest Communications Team Support Manager Phoenix, AZ Helped open up the DSL customer service center, which was originally supposed to be an "incubation channel" while the sales channels were being trained on DSL. But due to the problems with DSL at the time, the office stayed open and was expanded. When I started the DSLC, we had 6 agents. When I left, we had over 120. The office eventually closed after residence DSL service migrated to MSN and more automated ordering processes were put in place.
