How you count the 15 meters in a pick-up game??? can u take 8 steps before bouncing instead??...sorry the poor english

It's not immediately obvious how the field is set up, a rectangular field will normally have league or hybrid (league/soccer) goal posts. How is a rectangular field with AFL posts done?
