The Recopa Sudamericana 2003 consisted of a single match played at the Memorial Coliseum in Los Angeles, California. Olimpia of Paraguay qualified as the 2002 Copa Libertadores champion and San Lorenzo of Argentina as the 2002 Copa Sudamericana champion. In the final, Olimpia defeated San Lorenzo to obtain their second Recopa in history.
