Rebel Wilson is an Australian actress, writer, and stand-up comedienne, and is perhaps best known either for her role as Toula in the television show Pizza and as Lucy in the television show The Wedge.

Rebel studied at The Australian Theatre for Young People and on scholarship in New York with the renowned US comedy school The Second City.

Rebel is also a writer, actor and stand-up comedian, and has appeared with the Sydney Theatre Company and performed at the Melbourne Comedy Festival. She also played an Australian Idol mad schoolgirl in a series of Telstra advertisements run through Australian Idol in 2004 and 2005. She also had a cameo in the feature film Ghost Rider with Nicolas Cage [1] and made appearances on the Network Ten show Thank God You're Here in Series 3.

Rebel created and starred in the comedy series Bogan Pride on SBS TV.
