Rebecca Ryan (born April 27, 1991) is an English actress from Manchester. She is best known as Debbie Gallagher in the Channel 4 series Shameless.
She has appeared in various television series, including State of Play, in which she played opposite her brother Charlie Ryan, and Holby City.
In February 2006 she appeared in Emmerdale playing Bob Hope's daughter, Carly Hope.
In 2007, she played the title character in the award-winning radio play Abigail Adams. She made her stage debut in Scarborough by Fiona Evans at London's Royal Court Theatre in 2008.
