Rebecca Hazlewood

Rebecca Hazlewood is an Anglo-Indian actress from the UK, best known for her roles as Beena Shah in the ITV drama, Crossroads between 2001 and 2003 and as Arun Parmar in Bad Girls 2005-2006. Her other roles include Talia Ahmed in the ITV series Second Sight alongside Clive Owen, BBC drama Doctors and the 2001 British Film 4 feature Dog Eat Dog with David Oyelowo and Gary Kemp. In 2006 she featured as The Mistress in the award winning short film Sucking Is A Fine Quality In Women And Vacuum Cleaners and as Beth in Meeting Helen with Madeleine Potter and Emily Woof which was filmed by Oscar nominated Director of Photography Christopher Doyle. In 2007 after relocating to Los Angeles she is currently appearing as Jaspreet in series 14 of the US drama ER and completed lead roles in 3 independent features.

It has been suggested that Rebecca may break into Hollywood after she took the lead role in American movie, Kissing Cousins..

In 2007, Rebecca played young Parin in ODE, based on the novel "Ode to Lata" by Ghalib Shiraz Dhalla.

In 2008, Rebecca will appear as Jaspreet. Neela's cousin from London in series 14 of the NBC drama ER
