Rebecca Haynes (born 1962) is Senior Lecturer in Romanian History at the School of Slavonic and East European Studies, UCL. She is an authority on inter-war Romanian history with special reference to the fascist "Iron Guard" movement. She has also written an extensive history of Moldova. In 2008 Dr Haynes was appointed Head of the History Department of UCL SSEES.
