Rebecca Lynn Cardon (born June 10, 1975) is a reality-TV star, actress and personal trainer at Sky Sport and Spa.
Cardon, a native of Virginia Beach, VA., debuted in the acting field at age 5 in a local commercial where she portrayed a child saved by Jesus. She had long been interested in fitness and sports, and spurred by her father Larry, a lawyer and bench press world record holder, Cardon set a national bench press record at age 17. Following these records, she and her father were featured on a Good Morning America special.
After graduating from George Mason University with a degree in broadcast journalism and a minor in theater, Cardon relocated to Los Angeles. She was a contestant on The Amazing Race for its sixth season, with her former boyfriend, Adam. She subsequently appeared in the reality show Kill Reality and had a part in an ultra-low-budget short named Nice Pants.
Besides her reality show appearances, Cardon has also acted in several commercials including the Mini Gym Fitness Infomercial.
She presently is a cast member of the television program Work Out, which appears on the Bravo cable network.
There is much debate over her relationship with Work Out star Jackie Warner, whom she began to casually date during the filming of the second season late 2006. As of April 2007, it has been stated during the Work Out Reunion that the relationship will be kept from the public for now. [1]
