Rebecca Boone

Rebecca (Bryan) Boone (June 9, 1739 – March 18, 1813) was an American pioneer and the wife of famed frontiersman Daniel Boone.
She was probably born near Winchester, Virginia. Her parents were Joseph and Alee (or Aylee) Bryan. Her daughter's name was Susannah Boone, who got married to William Hays and their child was Susannah Hays.
The World War II Liberty ship SS Rebecca Boone was named in her honor.
