If anyone wants to further research it, the Joker gained omnipotence in the crossover 'Emperor Joker' storyline, though I'm pretty sure he never convinced the world that two plus two = fish. IIRC, he just -said- it. Maybe a better example would be he eats the entire country of China. Gross. Lots42 (talk) 10:36, 16 February 2008 (UTC)
