Talk:Reactome

The Database Content can be found rather easily once on the page. I'd rather change the external links in the database content section to internal wikipedia links and add an external link to Reactome in the end. --Private meta (talk) 21:09, 5 March 2008 (UTC)

I agree. I toned down the rather long list of links to database content by using the 'Key Functions' that are listed on this page [1] - I also made the key functions link to Wikipedia pages rather than pages in the Reactome. These and other edits hopefully make the article more NPOV and less 'promotional in style'. I also think that organizing the vast array of Category: bioinformatics databases is an important task - so important that I am trying to do it all in one place here [2]. I don't know how this kind of project should best 'hook-up' with Wikipedia, if at all. Just something to think about --Dan|(talk) 10:53, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
For example, the following page may be useful to people here; http://biodatabase.org/index.php/Category:NARDatabase:Metabolic_and_Signaling_Pathways --Dan|(talk) 11:07, 16 March 2008 (UTC)
