REACH Global Services Ltd. is an Hong Kong company that operates undersea cable/Internet backbone in Asia-Pacific.
REACH was a joint venture between Telstra and Pacific Century Cyberworks (PCCW). It went bankrupt at one point but it is financially stable in 2005 onward.
