"Real Love" was the fourth worldwide single from Lee Ryan's debut solo album Lee Ryan. It was not released in the UK due to the lack of sales for Ryan's album and previous two singles.
The song was released throughout the world to little enthusiasm, though the track did receive attention not only in the UK and Italy but in the United States and Australia for its use in the film Ice Age 2: The Meltdown, which later led to Ryan voicing a part in the film.
