[edit] Trivia

The trivia section says that Toyeca is the only RC that resembles a real world car company (Toyota), what about Humma (Hummer) and AMW (BMW)?

in the trivia it says / implyes that clockwork can onyl be unlocked in the n64 verson.. but atleast in the pc verson it can be unlooked by geting all the stars in the stunt area and then there is a new race type called clockwork carnage were you are driving a clockwork and you have 29 opponents of clockworks..Chardrc 22:42, 2 October 2006 (UTC)

Someone placed a request on where to buy the CD in the trivia section. It's been removed. I can't believe there are people who think Wikipedia is some sort of forum.

[edit] Pickups?

What about the weapons/pickups? They're a pretty important part of gameplay. 24.237.117.223 02:40, 8 October 2006 (UTC)

Have added some info on Pickups to the gameplay, along with a Track Editor section, and have updated the Trivia with some more info.

However the Track Editor section needs more input on the PC version (i've never owned it so I don't know too much about it), as it currently only covers the console versions. DouggieTheBest 01:52, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

I have the PC version, and the (supplied) track editor is the same as the console's. Charrr2 (talk) 03:35, 20 April 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Champions list?

What the fuck is going on here? V? P? "From the discovery of Revolt in 2001?" The champions list and related info is nothing short of cryptic. Some explanation is necessary. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 84.112.140.179 (talkcontribs)

Answer: V, P and N are all intials for our real names. We discovered this game in 2001 (2 years after it was released) from a computer show and bought it for around $15. Since then, we played Re-volt every now and then. Since 2001, I developed a format for seasons that we play in. 16 seasons were played and each season is followed by a playoffs. The winner of hte playoffs is declared champion. Now about my challenge: I have played friends that came over and none of them were close to being as good as I am (mainly in battle tag). Now I have played this game for a long time, and have a level of thinking that takes years of playing the game to acquire. Now I am willing to play anyone who challenges me (including you) if you choose to do so. I just want to see how good someone else is. I have tried other ways to play people online, but none of them worked, or there were no players playing. Since it looks like you are interested in this, please let me know and I'm down for a few games -- mostly battle tags.

[edit] Vista

ReVolt is working for me under Vista x86. I use W98/me compatibility option and the -sli command. Not getting any errors at all, after doing that. Does anybody getting errors after doing that? If not I would suggest to edit the Vista stuff and write that it works. So please write if it works or not. --MidiVeil 19:52, 7 September 2007 (UTC)
