It is believe the usage of this screenshot in the article on Rob-B-Hood on Wikipedia constitutes fair use because:

1. It is used to illustrate the stuntwork of Jackie Chan in the film.
2. No replaceable version of movie screenshots exist.
3. The resolution of the image is much lower than the big screen.
4. It does not hinder Jackie Chan's ability to sell his film.
5. It shows another death defying stunt by Jackie Chan, this time putting a baby at risk.
6. Stunts are best illustrated for readers to understand them, as it's hard to get a full idea of it with words alone.
