It is believed that the usage of this filming screenshot constitutes fair use in Wikipedia in the article Rob-B-Hood because:

It is used to illustate the filming of a Jackie Chan film that took place in 2006.
The event cannot be repeated since it's ended long ago.
No free equivalent exists for photos taken on set, since it's out of bounds to the general public.
The usage of the image does not hinder Jackie Chan's ability to market his film.
It highlights a career first for Jackie Chan: That he plays an imprisoned character for the first time in his career.
It gives people a close look at a movie set, the costume design for Jackie Chan (which isn't the same as the prison outfits of the typical Hong Kong prison these days), the make and models of the filming equipment, that can't be simply described by words.

This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit.

The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Lack of such evidence is grounds for deletion.
