  • This engine is actually an RB30ET. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 58.179.109.175 (talk • contribs)
    • No it's an RB20ET, the two litre single cam turbo engine. Yes the head looks like an RB30, but it's emphatically not an RB30, in any case the RB30 sits much higher in the engine bay. RB30DE 09:31, 11 June 2007 (UTC)

  • that is not an rb20det. the engine block isnt even the same? all rb20's also had a double over head cam head. this is rb30... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 59.167.215.105 (talk • contribs)
    • Again, it's NOT an RB30. It's not an RB20DET, it's an RB20ET. SOHC, 2 litre. These engines were in Skylines, Cefiros, VL Commodores (in NZ). RB30DE (talk) 09:43, 18 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Licensing

This image is of an RB20ET engine, which is a fairly uncommon engine. I asked the owner of this car (a fellow car club member) if I could use one of his engine bay photos for the article Nissan RB engine. He said (and I quote) "Yeah no worries!" thus I have uploaded the file to illustrate this engine.
