Razorlight is the self-titled second album by Anglo-Swedish indie rock band Razorlight. The album was released on 17 July 2006 in the United Kingdom and debuted at #1 in the UK Albums Chart a week later (see 2006 in British music).
Tha band achieved their first #1 single from this album, with "America" peaking at the top of the UK Singles Chart in October 2006. For the 2007 NME Awards, the album was nominated in the Worst Album category, becoming the highest rated album by the magazine, along with the eventual winner "Rudebox" by Robbie Williams, to be nominated in that category. Both albums received 8/10.[1]
