Ray Foster is a refractory flirt & film writer, Deaf, and lives in the bluest of blue states.
Bio Ray was born in a trailer in Boswell, Oklahoma and was raised with a hoe handle in his hands. He attended 13 elementary schools in Oklahoma City, then went to junior high school in Bennington, Oklahoma. He finished high school in Eldorado, Oklahoma. He has moved exactly 35 times in his life.
He *earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education and a BA in English both from California State University, Fresno.
He is primarily a speaker of English but is also a daily practitioner of American Sign Language.
